• A deposit is required to secure treatment appointments. Failure to cancel 72 hours before the appointment will mean your deposit will be non-refundable. 

• Before any treatment is carried out, two forms are required to complete:

  1. Disclosure form: consent to terms and conditions of the treatment.

  2. Medical form: to discuss any health conditions which may hinder or affect treatment.

      Any information provided to us will remain confidential and never be shared with any other parties.

• If you have previous pigment from work that has been done elsewhere, we ask that you contact us via our socials before booking an appointment. We require a photo of your brows, without make-up, to determine if we can work over them, or not, and a short consultation.
